The LoTi Connection

"Heating up 21st Century Learning" in the motto of the Loti Connections website. The loti connections website is a site devoted to the integration of technology in today's everchanging elementary, middle, and high school learning environments. The site's creator, Dr. Chris Moersch believes the following statement found on his website: "The LoTi framework focuses on the delicate balance between instruction, assessment, and the effective use of digital tools and resources to promote higher order thinking, engaged student learning, and authentic assessment practices in the classroom--all vital characteristics of 21st Century teaching and learning." This is a marvelous resource for educators as well administrators, parents, city and state officials. The information contained on this site is research-based and current with today's ideals for education. A few positive attributes of this site include easy navigation, professional development opportunities, online resources, and collaboration tools. There is a wealth of information and the only negative I could find is that there's not enough time to go through all the information on the site without disappearing for 2-3 days. Due to the cutting-edge research and online tools I highly recommend this site if you really want to get an idea of what 21st century learning and skills are all about.
